69% of surveyed online shoppers indicated that their first source of information about brands, products or services is the search engines, while Amazon is ranked as the second used source of information with a rate of 61%.

Visiting retail stores is classified as a source to research about services with a rate of 54%, compared to 52% indicated that the word of mouth is their source of information.
