Smartphone purchasers indicated that they use the retailer’s apps because it is faster than the website with a rate of 53%, while 40% reported that they use retailers apps due to the better user experience of it.
20% of Smartphone purchasers said that they are using the apps because of the reward of the free shipping or the product discounts.
