Mobile broadband subscribers in KSA have decreased to reach around 25.25 M subscribers in Q3 2016 after 33.4 M subscribers in 2015 with a penetration rate of 105.9%. Standard mobile subscriptions also decreased to be 12.60 M by the end of Q3 2016 after 13.2M in 2015.

This decreasing returns to the new fingerprint requirement for all subscriptions, and it is expected to continue decreasing in the upcoming period.
