60% of surveyed Canadian online shoppers indicated that they use a single-channel as their purchasing method, while a multi-channel is ranked as the second used method with a rate of 40%.
37% reported that they search online and buy online, while 23% search in-store and buy in-store.
16% indicated that they search online and buy in-store, while 10% mentioned that they search online and in-store then they buy from the store.
