Mobile, international shopping & store engagement have shown a significant growth over the past few years, 41% of Canadian online shoppers are making purchases via their smartphones.

73% of surveyed online shoppers indicated that they use their smartphones in the store to read the product details, while 71% reported that they use the smartphone in the store to compare prices at another online or physical stores and to look at the product reviews.

69% of online shoppers mentioned that they use their smartphones in stores to compare the prices in the same retailer’s online store.
