Last October, was the beginning of testing a new set of images presentation options for posts on Facebook, along with preset display formats for multi-image uploads, which enable more ways to show your visuals.
However, since then, the format has been spotted “in the wild” by different users, anyhow, now it appears to be getting a broader release, along with several reports of the option appearing in the composer for multi-image posts.
The example below which posted by user Mamum Billah (back in February), shows that the new options appear at the bottom of the post composer, which gives you four different display formats to choose from.
Anyhow, users in various regions report to access the new options, looks like the new image presentation options are on its way to everyone, sometime soon.
Talking about the new image presentation options, they will provide new consideration for your Facebook posts, which can help to make your updates stand out in feeds.
However, if everyone uses them, the originality will fade off quickly, anyhow, what could be more appealing from a brand perspective, is considering how you can utilize these types of formates to better show your products, besides boosting your promotions with the added angels as well as the display tools.
Mentioned above is if it gets released for Pages. Anyhow, at the moment, it only appears to be available for personal profiles, but it is expected to be expanded to Pages also, and this could give you more options to bear in mind.
The new options are not major shifts, as there are existing tools on the market such as Instagram’s Layout collage tool which facilitate multiple image layouts and formats. However, it could be a quick, simple, and integrated option to add more flair to your updates.
If you still don’t have the new image presentation options, don’t worry, you will have access to them soon.
