Job Responsibilities:

• Design elegantly simple but highly impactful experiences for our clients.
• Deliver on time, to specification, to a high quality.
• Build, maintain, and implement visual design standards.
• Analysis of technology and digital marketing trends.
• Provide and effectively communicate your ideas and designs to the team.
• Study visual design and interaction trends and applying to deliverables.
• Operate as an integral member of project teams with other disciplines including user experience designers, content strategists and developers.
• Consult with a wide range of team members, including content strategists, marketing managers, developers and other digital marketing professionals.
• Assure consistency with RealPage brand guidelines and adheres to style guides and current web best practices and technologies.
• Devise innovative designs for websites, email campaigns, display, social banners, applications and other digital platforms across the enterprise.
• Manage thought out and strategic campaign concepts that can roll out to common digital deliverables.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, BA or BS in web design, graphic design, information sciences preferred.
• Minimum 4-year experience.
• Proven work experience demonstrates formal understanding, training or experience with user-centered design principles and information and interaction design.
• Solid visual user experience design for web; desktop and mobile applications.
• Strong conceptualization and visual communication ability.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI design experience, which a focus on high-fidelity visual design.
• Effective HTML and CSS experience to be dangerous is highly preferred.
• Outstanding design skills, high production values and attention to detail.
• Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision.
• Demonstrated understanding of Web best practices for visual design and digital branding.
• Proficient web consulting or services firm experience a plus.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of cross-functional teams.
