Job Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with our clients and their businesses to more effectively create impactful videos.
• Aid the marketing team creatively concept short-form video projects for multiple clients and brands.
• Cooperate with the marketing team in coordination of pre-production, production, post-production, and editing timelines.
• Lead the pre-production, production, and post-production process for all video content.
• Operate with talent on set and in the field.
• Serve with a design team for motion graphics assets.
• Direct internal studio maintenance and equipment/production gear.
• Head storage of all assets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years shooting/editing experience with relevant reel to showcase.
• Effective experience with shooting, lighting, and audio on both in-studio shoots as well as documentary-style shooting in the field.
• Solid creative and skilled in storytelling through video.
• Proficient experience in producing social media videos; in particular, short form 1 min videos.
• Proven track record in editing, color correcting, balancing audio, working with music, and timing.
• Expert knowledge of creating a corporate overview, product/service overview/launch, testimonial, how-to, event, and creative branded videos.
• Deep knowledge of production equipment (including audio) and camera operation skills.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere and has proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Outstanding skills in photography (preferred).
• The ability to collaborate creatively with other team members.
• Able to multitask and work on strict deadlines.
• Able to manage production budgets and equipment assets.
• Able to assist in scriptwriting and creation of production outlines.
• Able to field produce, which may include conducting interviews, equipment transport, prop coordination, etc.
