Job Responsibilities:

• Create and design innovative solutions using the latest UX design guidelines.
• Cooperate with a design team and open to critique.
• Imagine ideas and assist with storyboard creation, creative collaborative personality.
• Collaborate with the project team and be actively involved in all aspects of the work.
• Recognize opportunities, deliver improvements and follow an agile methodology.
• Support product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences.
• Draft and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Distinguish design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Perform strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Describe concepts in wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Prepare a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience and 3 years experience in UX and UI design.
• Effective experience of working with Agile SW development teams.
• Deep experience from innovating, adapting and responding to change.
• Advanced product development and product lifecycle management knowledge.
• Proficient understanding of UX software such as (UX Pin, Wireframe.cc, Pixate, Sketch, InVision, Axure and the likes) is a must.
• Solid experience with UI software such as (Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator) is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Extensive experience with funnel optimization, SEO, SEM, heat maps and A/B testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile UI and UX best practices and keeps up to date with modern schematics.
• Proven experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to teams.
• High ability to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
