Job Responsibilities:

• Design world-class design solutions to various UX/UI problems.
• Cooperate with other disciplines on the Experience Team, including Content Strategy, Research and Brand Design.
• Collude across different departments as required.
• Create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes for different verticals, from desktop to mobile.
• Perform remote usability testing and observe best practices of solution validation.
• Collaborate with our Research department to understand user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the experience for our users.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of digital design experience, spanning the disciplines of UX, UI and visual design.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Adobe, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
• Effective experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of design best practices and current design frameworks.
• Design thinking practice as a strategic problem-solving discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creativity and passion for what you do.
• Ability to simplify complexity and distill ideas.
• Ability to both take high-level direction and have ownership over projects and specific pieces of work.
