Job Responsibilities:

• Associate in the entire design process, from research and ideas to testing and iteration.
• Manage and facilitate design-thinking and ideation workshops.
• Apply user-centered design methods to translate business needs and objectives, together with technology capabilities, into great user experiences.
• Prepare, conduct, and analyze research events to identify business value and user experience opportunities.
• Direct the development of personas and segmentation, based on research findings.
• Improve wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flow, sitemaps, and functional specifications.
• Promote outline user interface designs and prototypes, A/B testing, and proof of concepts.
• Maintain the design of the information architecture.
• Provide research findings and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Produce thought leadership and be a strong advocate for the customer perspective in all our solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated understanding and demonstrable experience of human-centered design Highly skilled in design thinking, analytical, and a creative problem solver.
• Effective experience of customer segmentation, customer research, experience, and service design, including associated tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as the Adobe Suite, Sketch, InVision.
• Proficient experience in facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels and functions of the business.
• Ability to bring to life abstract and complex experience concepts, and communicate them effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to coach internal and client resources to develop design thinking and user experience capabilities.
