Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the research team.
• Improve design concepts, storyboards, user flows, and IAs.
• Plan design systems for UI design.
• Promote high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to convey your ideas and implement their findings into your work.
• Adhere to design/UX best practices.
• Operate within tight timelines in an agile environment and rapidly iterate and test concepts and prototypes.
• Exhibit fundamental understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience creating interfaces, digital experiences, and applications.
• Demonstrated understanding of how to apply principles of design thinking, user-centered design and research to business problems.
• Proven track record collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in creating great products, with proven skills in, presenting and defending your work, client interaction and visual communication.
• Possess entrepreneurial aptitude and love to make and break.
• A desire to produce best in class digital designs informed by principles of human-centered design.
