Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Perform all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the development team.
• Get a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Iterate web and app design functionalities to ensure a great and intuitive user experience.
• Determine design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Manage research activities to gather user requirements.
• Operate with a brand consultant to create a design style guide and user interface designs for implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UX design experience.
• Effective experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Proficient experience in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
• Proven track record as a web and app designer. Agency experience will be advantageous.
• Expert knowledge of creating wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Demonstrated understanding of visual design and wireframing tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Outstanding knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• A passion to work in a start-up environment.
