Software Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the client and translates needs into development tasks for remote developers. We may tag team with internal developers including yourself on some projects.
- Peer review and QA software.
- Help work through clients needs and assign priority and estimate time.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced understanding of building software.
- Minimum 5 years experience managing developers.
- Advanced level Javascript frameworks like Angular, Node, or React experience.
- Advanced level Laravel experience.
- Ability to do code review on external teams work.
- Ability to take rough ideas and find APIs or workarounds to accomplish business goals.
- Solid communicator, great on keeping key stakeholders and others posted with appropriate levels of detail in a timely manner; speaks and writes clearly and concisely.
