Job Responsibilities:

• Imagine an innovative channel and content strategy on social media.
• Improve award-winning social media campaigns in collaboration with our in-house creative, PR, technology and media teams.
• Promote and win social regional and global pitches.
• Pioneer, advocate and experiment with new media channels adoption in the agency.
• Grow social media strategy that is built on human insights of consumers on digital channels.
• Develop social media content strategy and planning that brings to life brand purpose and creativity.
• Manage creative ideation of campaign and content planning in the team.
• Articulate the role of social media in brand building.
• Conduct thorough and meaningful social media audits for existing and prospective clients.
• Provide persuasively and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years on the job experience in social media, brand marketing, digital marketing or relevant experience.
• A copywriter and content generator at heart who simply love creating ideas.
• Effective experience in developing social media strategies and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, Tinder, Snapchat, WeChat, Twitter, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A social media experts who build his/her craft on social data and analytics tools.
• Be flexible with your schedule – as your working hours will be based on business needs.
• A resourceful thinker who embraces and sees possibilities in every brief.
• Agile collaborator with a positive attitude and a team player.
