Job Responsibilities:
- Improve, implement and manage social media strategy, as well as building and execute the social media marketing roadmap.
- Determine the most important social media KPIs.
- Lead and oversee social media content.
- Guage the success of every social media campaign.
- Keep up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Utilize social media marketing tools such as Buffer and HootSuite.
- Operate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Co-operate with marketing, sales and product development teams.
- Oversee SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Liaise with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Keep up and optimize company pages within each social media platform.
- Perform competitive research, benchmarking and targeted audience classification.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a social media specialist or similar role.
- Expert knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Effective experience doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Deep knowledge of social media KPIs.
- Solid multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
