Job Responsibilities:

• Improve, implement and manage social media strategy, as well as building and execute the social media marketing roadmap.
• Determine the most important social media KPIs.
• Lead and oversee social media content.
• Guage the success of every social media campaign.
• Keep up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Utilize social media marketing tools such as Buffer and HootSuite.
• Operate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Co-operate with marketing, sales and product development teams.
• Oversee SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Liaise with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Keep up and optimize company pages within each social media platform.
• Perform competitive research, benchmarking and targeted audience classification.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a social media specialist or similar role.
• Expert knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
• Demonstrated understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Effective experience doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Deep knowledge of social media KPIs.
• Solid multitasking skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
