Social Media Specialist

Minds Metricks is looking for a Social Media Specialist in Dubai, UAE. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.
  • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Social Media Executive in Digital agency.
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
  • Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
  • Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • Excellent Verbal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or mass communication as advantage Leadership qualities to present it to client and ensure closure Amazing energy with exceptional enthusiasm is a must.
