Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a steady drumbeat of delicious content across social channels —tapping into culturally relevant moments and leveraging industry best practices.
- Schedule and publish content across social channels daily, ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind for existing and prospective users.
- Conduct on existing social strategies to ensure a best-in-class social experience for Uber Eats fans and followers.
- Utilize a social lens to brand campaigns, being the voice of social within marketing discussions and tailoring all plans appropriately by channel.
- Oversee the social landscape and elevate notable developments and trends to teams across the organization.
- Deploy the distribution budget for amplifying social content to relevant audiences.
- Guage and report impact of social media content and campaigns.
- Maintain and execute localized, subregional campaigns across Canada.
- Cooperate with the larger US/Can Social team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years social media content development experience.
- Demonstarted understanding of social media platforms and management tools.
- Outstanding writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone.
- Effective experience working cross-functionally with an array of internal teams.
- Proficient experience with Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or similar tools.
- Creative outlook with inspired brand content ideas
- Lover of great food and culinary cultures
- An elevated sense of humor, writing skills infused with wit and charm.
- Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual with knowledge of French-Canadian culture a plus.
