Social Media Executive

Pencilvent is looking for a Social Media Executive in Kuwait, Kuwait. If you meet the requirements below, you will be eligible to apply via Digital Marketing Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Subscribe to the social media and overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Provide marketing, communication and media plans as per clients’ requirements, as well as action plans on regular basis to determine the types of activities to be performed on different social media accounts and administer the execution of the same.
  • Promote new creative advertising ideas (Motion Graphics, Animation, etc.) and post different content on various social media platforms including: (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat and LinkedIn) on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
  • Reply and react to changes in social networks – functionality, etiquette & reporting.
  • Oversee sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
  • Supervise and present relevant data, trends, successes & exceptions.
  • Operate with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Stay to refine and define our social marketing process.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising, branding and customers.
  • Proven editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to use effective storytelling techniques.
  • Interested in following social media trends and tools which includes attending networking and reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
  • Outstanding time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
  • Sound verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately.
  • Solid teamwork and networking skills.
  • Fluency in both languages Arabic and English, verbally and written.
