Job Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the account management team to understand client needs and communicate insights and results back to clients.
- Improve and execute detailed creative testing plans (ad copy, image and CTA), analyze and report back results to clients.
- Get the initial campaign briefs and create practical and measurable plans for delivering platform ROI.
- Be the voice of social, lifting knowledge amongst peers and clients, be the primary point of contact for all things social.
- Recommend creative and effective ways of engaging and converting the target audience.
- Recognize and build best practices and processes for social media management such as (campaign set up, trafficking, targeting, bidding and creative).
- Make regular quality assurance and quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or similar degree (ideal, but not required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within an integrated paid social position with a good understanding of planning social campaigns across various mechanisms, channels and buying models.
- Effective experience and qualifications across (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn).
- Expert knowledge of and experience in web analytics (Google Analytics).
- Proficient experience in trafficking creative across multiple platforms.
- Deep working knowledge of using (MS Excel).
- Familiarity with 3rd party campaign management tools like (SocialMoov or Sprinklr) is a plus.
- Strong understanding to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
