Job Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain a social media strategy with the digital marketing manager.
- Define and track KPIs for our national social media and digital content strategy alongside benchmarking competitors, tying key digital metrics back to core business objectives.
- Be reactive and responding to current trends and lifestyle topics alongside keeping up-to-date with any social media trends.
- Assure that all social media communication is in keeping with the Everyman tone of voice.
- Capture or source standout photography and video (to include Highlighted Instagram Stories).
- Operate alongside the marketing team on film partnership campaigns.
- Execute seasonal training sessions for our venue teams.
- Communicate with their customer service team to establish any recurring or important themes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a lifestyle led social or digital platform.
- Effective experience with content management systems such as HootSuite or similar.
- Proficient experience in content capture or sourcing skills.
- Proven track record in launching successful new digital projects within a business.
- A creative and sociable personality.
- A passion for photography and video.
- Fantastic standards and a highly organized and motivated approach to work.
- Written editorial experience displaying a vibrant and engaging tone of voice.
