Job Responsibilities:
- Head and manage multiple clients in industries as diverse as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, finance, education, health, medical, travel, hospitality or editorial publications.
- Manage projects with minimal oversight from the account director.
- Understood the clients business and industry by researching and asking questions.
- Continuously aim for the best solutions to help achieve client goals.
- Cooperate with other departments (Creative, Paid Media, Community Management, and Influencer division) to execute on client deliverables.
- Aid the teams’ problem solve solutions for clients and drive client results within internal departments.
- Stay the teams running smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead client expectations externally and internally by project managing all deliverables.
- Direct day-to-day relationship with the client.
- Recognize growth opportunities that are innovative, smart, strategic and will achieve client goals.
- Assist the client to understand what they need beyond what they ask for.
- Supervise the development of reports for social and digital activities that demonstrate ROI for clients and apply qualitative analytical skills to create an insightful report that contains actionable analysis.
- Operate with the paid media team to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly internal reports.
- Produce periodic competitive analysis.
- Run digital innovation by staying abreast of the latest digital platforms, social trends and mobile technologies with the ability to strategically translate these into client programs.
- Accountable for creating monthly creative briefs.
- Perform periodic evaluations of team performance, including key milestones and timetables for junior team growth and ongoing development.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of digital agency experience is a MUST.
- Effective paid media and advertising experience.
- Proficient influencer marketing experience.
- Demonstarted understanding of marketing concepts including branding, advertising, strategy creation, content development and design.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
- Be organized, detail oriented and collaborative.
- Superior written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Great cross-team communication skills.
