Job Responsibilities:

• Design ideation and development of social content for campaigns.
• Draft and implement monthly social content calendars.
• Create and create social content such as images, videos, cinema graphs, GIFs, canvases, long form and social copy.
• Keep on top of social trends and identifying reactive social opportunities.
• Plan content that effectively engages and grows social audiences for our clients, accompanied by an insightful analysis of social audiences by channel.
• Improve socially-led ideas to drive campaign performance.
• Conduct measurement and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years social content creation experience.
• Strong social knowledge, with experience personally creating content for all key socials channels and the ability to effectively adapt style and tone based on the brand guidelines of different clients.
• Effective experience in Adobe Suite, social scheduling tools and other content creation tools.
• Proficient experience managing content and communities across all social media channels.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• An imaginative thinker who actively seeks solutions to problems.
• Sound accuracy and attention to detail in everything they do.
• Solid analytical skills and a key to being able to look beyond the data to know what it means and how it can be useful in the future planning of content.
• The ability to work autonomously, as well as take initiative and ownership of their tasks.
• Ability to deliver narrative-led and commercially-led content for a range of clients.
• Must be an AU citizen or have appropriate AU working visa.
