Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and analyze SEO/SEM reports with the goal of measuring results and adjusting online strategies.
• Oversee and evaluate on an on-going basis, website SEO results and manage projects to ensure continued rankings.
• Provide keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Ensure websites are optimized to attract and engage visitors with a defined SEO purpose and strategy.
• Research and implement SEO optimization recommendations in coordination with other team members.
• Collaborate with all relevant teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming to ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences.
• Cooperate with the social team in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals.
• Set and work to performance indicators for SEO that everyone understands and which complement overall marketing and business objectives.
• Promote both offsite and onsite activities and the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic.
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum reach in organic search and ROI in paid search campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in a quantitative, test-driven field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the same role.
• Extensive experience with SEO link building tactics.
• Deep knowledge of using (Google Analytics and Google Webmaster) tools.
• Expert understanding of SEO analytics and reporting tools such as (Moz, SEMRush, Ahref’s and Majestic).
• Proficient experience with (link building techniques, compliance with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines, authority sculpting, site redirect strategies and URL rewriting methods).
• Advanced understanding of (Mobile Design, user experience, browser compatibility, landing and conversion page design).
• Effective experience in working with CMS for SEO.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Solid project and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
