Job Responsibilities:

• Improve and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Supervise a social media strategy.
• Lead and maintain the organization’s website(s).
• Draft and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter.
• Follow and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
• Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
• Continually operate on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s).
• Fix any errors or bugs in online content.
• Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites.
• Design online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) adv management.
• Arrange and conduct email marketing campaigns.
• Guage and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Recognize new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Effective working experience in digital marketing.
• Proficient experience of leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns.
• Demonstrated understanding or knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Expert knowledge of social media marketing and paid marketing.
• Deep knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Proven experience in Google Adwords.
• Solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Strong writing skills and communication skills.
• Able to handle things without any guidance.
