Job Responsibilities:

• Capable of running prioritization workshops and delivery of succinct client UX Strategies.
• Perform and analyze usability research and testing sessions as well as desk research tasks.
• Improve personas from qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Define user Journeys, Information Architectures, Page Wireframes and Prototypes.
• Operate as part of a collaborative team that also includes creative designers, data analysts and developers.
• Liaise with clients and managing client expectations.
• Confidence to be the voice of the customer while understanding the business needs that drive decision making.
• Comfortable in all areas of the UX process: Research, design, testing.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience of leading the prioritization workshops and delivery of succinct client UX Strategies.
• Proficient experience of developing user personas.
• Ability to conduct and analyze Usability Testing sessions.
• Ability to define User Journeys, Information Architectures, Page Wireframes and Prototypes.
