Job Responsibilities:

• Build and execute social media strategy and tailor to each channel through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
• Design visuals for (Facebook timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, posts ads and landing pages) to make social content engaging and memorable.
• Create demos and other storytelling styles in video format to strengthen emotional connections, engagement levels and marketing initiatives.
• Execute all social content and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic and in-house marketing activities.
• Monitor effective posts for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.
• Analyze, review, report and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same role.
• Effective working knowledge of social media platforms such as (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter).
• Advanced working experience in using social analytics and reporting tools such as (Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, trends and keyword planner).
• Solid working skills in using MS (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines successfully.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
