Job Responsibilities:

• Support the customer experience and customer strategy team on all aspects of creative solutions.
• Run innovative, inspired thinking and idea-based concepts.
• Lead design projects from initial insight and research through to concept realization.
• Produce creative input and output in innovation sessions.
• Present ideas and designs to senior stakeholders and keep them up to date on project progress.
• Operate with senior stakeholders to bring concepts to life.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience working in a fast-paced design role.
• Expert knowledge of all Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), essential.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe After Effects (not essential).
• Proficient experience of Microsoft Office.
