Job Responsibilities:

• Improve video and content syndication strategies, media plans, testing tactics, and KPI’s across multiple platforms.
• Design and implement digital media strategies and campaigns to meet predefined goals and objectives.
• Operate with SEO/product managers to ensure videos are searchable and share measurable KPIs for organic traffic generation.
• Produce monthly video performance report; make recommendations for improving views and engagement based on an analysis.
• Oversee metrics so ensure videos are providing the ROI.
• Align with the SEO team to ensure quarterly content goals and targets of views, traffic and actions (leads, conversions, form fills) are being met.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a video marketing role.
• A solid portfolio that demonstrates successfully managing Youtube/Video Channels and able to drive views and referrals organically.
• Effective experience in generating leads and conversions through videos.
• Proven track record in video editing software, YouTube, Google Analytics, video search tools, video monitoring tools, etc.
• Proficient experience in tracking video metrics and measuring video success.
