Job Responsibilities:
- Promote a content calendar, manage e-commerce CMS to create product content, advertising content, manage product listing, optimization, onsite search, and e-commerce tools eg. Onsite search and online chat.
- Lead all e-commerce activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
- Execute e-commerce strategy to improve website performance and meet e-commerce revenue target.
- Operate with internal and external developers and digital designer to improve website performance and UX.
- Act with the rest of the digital marketing team to develop digital campaigns to improve quality traffic acquisition and sales revenue.
- Manage CMS, making e-commerce website mobile capable.
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance.
- Analyze various data in order to deliver data-driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
- Report on e-commerce performance.
- Manage e-commerce team workload.
Job Requirements:
- Degree level in the relevant subject.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Effective experience managing e-commerce website/CMS.
- Proficient experience in setting and achieving direct revenue targets, ensuring there is significant YoY growth.
- Demonstarted understanding of web design and web analysis.
- Proven experience in, UX, and Google Analytics.
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display channels.
- Proven experience A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong Excel skills / Highly numerate, analytical with good attention to details.
- Solid command of English both verbal and written.
- Email marketing, with experience creating and driving successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, copywriting a big plus.
- Project management experience and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a can-do approach.
- Good work ethics.
- Ability to multitask with a strong inclination towards action.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment.
