Job Responsibilities:
- Dig deeply into clients’ business and data, gleaning actionable insights and key business strategies to drive performance results.
- Improve our monthly analytics process and deliverables in a scalable and repeatable fashion, allowing the flexibility needed by a wide range of clients.
- Conduct monthly analysis of assigned client accounts including but not limited to web site performance, conversion tracking, organic and paid media campaign performance.
- Head detailed requirements definition to optimize tracking and insights.
- Be the agency lead for A/B testing, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics knowledge, evangelism and education, helping others become hands-on experts.
- Promote the analytics and business insights service offerings through defining the features and benefits, pricing, process and related documentation.
- Support omnichannel marketing initiatives that balance business goals, user needs and available budget and timing.
- Enhance the digital marketing efforts for clients.
- Cooperate with internal teams to achieve and exceed performance metrics.
- Associate with account services, project management, design and technology colleagues to creatively solve and support marketing challenges.
- Operate with account services to expand the scope of marketing services per client account.
- Present solution strategies to stakeholders and build consensus.
- Supervise process of validating and creating ideas with data.
- Review the development and execution of solutions to make sure they stay on strategy.
- Estimate and detail web analytics data in support of existing client sites and re-designs.
- Craft recommendations for optimization of sites and landing pages.
- Produce recommendations for site updates based on insights, analytics and observations.
- Associate in business development pitch preparation and delivery as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 6 years of experience in digital analytics (including strategy, implementation, analytics, reporting)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital agency environment
- Demonstarted understanding of Google Analytics and Tag Manager setup and best practices
- Effective experience with data manipulation, and data visualization tools
- Sharp business acumen with an intense curiosity about people and behaviors
- Solid understanding of digital marketing from people, process and technology standpoints
- Aptitude to come up with the “big idea”, but equally comfortable in the “details”
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound marketing methodologies
- Proficient experience with Adobe Analytics and tag management is preferred.
- Proven experience with Salesforce report building is preferred.
- Capable of creating and delivering powerful and persuasive presentations to clients/stakeholders.
- Organized, dependable and capable of juggling multiple tasks/projects.
- Congenial, diplomatic, charismatic and authentic in dealing with others.
- Sense of humor and positive personality.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and exposure to enterprise analytics platforms.
