Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake briefings from clients, including responding with proposals, budget estimates and timelines.
- Improve and manage overall client budgets.
- Communicate with a number of Dell stakeholders and budget holders.
- Associate in client conference calls and meetings.
- Create best practice and processes within the team and ensure programme deliverables meet and exceed client requirements.
- Lead ad-hoc projects as required e.g. case studies, e-mail newsletters, PowerPoint decks, print materials, internal and external Web sites etc.
- Promote and maintain client relationships with allocated accounts.
- Meet agreed to client deadlines and proactively manage client expectations and delivery.
- Organize and attend regular work in progress calls and/or meetings.
- Assure clients are invoiced correctly and on time.
- Grow an understanding of client’s business, and that of their customers and partners.
- Develop relationships with existing clients and potential clients.
- Understood client CAP requirements and how Metia can meet these.
- Recognize and communicate new business opportunities.
- Work as a central hub of communication and information for the client.
- Serve with internal teams to ensure deliverables are consistent and are in line with established best practices.
Job Requirements:
- University degree.
- Effective B2B marketing experience. (at least 3 years).
- Proven experience in the technology sector.
- Expert knowledge of working in a partner liaison/partner management capacity.
- Demonstarted understanding of managing teams.
- Proficient experience of working to tight deadlines.
- Composed under pressure.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach.
- Solid communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Outstanding organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of written English and ability to proof-read copy.
- Numerate and keen problem solver.
- Sound analytical skills.
