Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with internal and external teams to develop designs for events and exhibitions that best meet the client’s needs.
• Collaborate with project and production teams in the execution of the project and/or assignment.
• Participate in brainstorming ideas and concepts for corporate events and exhibitions for clients.
• Show ideas from storyboards through to final creative output for presentation.
• Provide professional design renderings from concept to completion, including 3D environment and its atmosphere.
• Aid in the preparation of proposals, tender documents, presentation and more.
• Direct and motivate the team to ensure top quality work is delivered within deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in agency environment specialized in events and exhibitions.
• Solid skills in 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Expert knowledge of system booth design and other production applications for Exhibitions.
• Effective experience in hand sketching, technical drawing in AutoCAD and a knowledge of graphics applications are preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• An ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to realization in 3D environments.
• Able to lead, manage and mentor a team of junior designers.
