Job Responsibilities:
- Operate within client budgets and seek methods of lowering the cost to the client per click.
- Oversee major search engines for trends related to PPC campaign, analyze campaign performance, and report findings to clients.
- Improve PPC campaigns for clients which optimize visibility, oversee graphics design, copywriting, and keyword selection.
- Lead and ownership of WordStream, AdEspresso, Unbounce and ClickFunnels.
- Constant improvement of advertising and messaging within all campaigns.
- Enhance message, campaign terms and lifecycle development.
- Assure the highest quality of work and service for in-house and client campaigns.
- Secure the team collaborates on in-depth recommendations.
- Recognize new metrics for measurement depending on specific client needs.
- Co-ordinate with the team new mini-campaigns and programs to ensure the content schedule is dynamic and effective.
- Guarantee the team understands key traffic metrics we are concerned with optimizing.
- Secure all PPC & Social campaigns are fully optimized.
- Propose or discuss changes to paid strategies and plans with the team members and clients.
- Record and lead these meetings.
- Produce the client with strategic and upcoming tactical paid updates.
- Present content support to paid activities from (d) and also lead any shift in execution based on the results found in (d).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of PPC/SEM experience with proven knowledge of various components, tactics and channels (we know we already said that).
- Effective experience in delivering results from an unbranded search.
- Proficient project management and campaign execution experience.
- Expert knowledge of HTML, SEO, Google Analytics (incl. Google Tag Manager) & Social Ad Platforms (eg. Facebook Audiences) is required.
- Motivated, outgoing personality with a solid command of the English language (written & spoken).
- Creative, inventive thinker and problem-solver with a ‘can do’ and ‘will do’ attitude.
- Great ability to manage relationships and workflows involving diverse operational groups.
