Job Responsibilities:
- Recognize, engage and qualify new prospects via phone, email and social media.
- Contact potential prospects through cold calling and cold emailing.
- Differentiate our offerings to potential clients, generating interest and desire.
- Set up meetings between prospective clients and WebMechanix Account Executives.
- Produce timely, organized documentation of sales activities via CRM.
- Source prospects to keep a robust sales pipeline for the agency.
- Proactively seek out new clients in innovative ways.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results to the Director of Business Development.
- Constantly learn by reading, self-coaching, and training.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1- year experience in a business development or sales role.
- Familiarity with networking and cold-calling.
- Expert knowledge of consistently meeting/exceeding aggressive quotas.
- Effective experience with any kind of CRM.
- Strong articulate and persuasive communication skills.
- Proficient experience with selling digital marketing services.
- Fluency with HubSpot, Google Suite, and Asana.
- Proven track record in creating and delivering powerful presentations to audiences, big and small.
- Sound Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Outstanding written skills.
- An extensive network of trusted professional contacts (technology, education & B2B space preferred).
- Self-motivation, persistence, ambition, and discipline.
- A willingness to learn and be coached.
