Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control and close.
- Assure proper integration and implementation of business requirements for new or augmented projects or products.
- Translate user requirements into functional designs.
- Examine and evaluate products and design a plan from managing the tasks.
- Report on project metrics and goals to senior management.
- Analyze and evaluate work.
- Examine and resolve work problems pertaining to particular projects.
- Organize and implement new processes and projects. Work with other departments to facilitate implementation.
- Promote alternate solutions, assess their feasibility, and make recommendations based on the overall analysis.
- Coordinate the project definition.
- Improve and document processes to keep work flowing efficiently. Identify areas for improvement.
- Interact effectively with all internal and external project stakeholders.
- Operate with and/or lead implementation teams and internal business organizations to define document, and present process standards and methodologies.
- Work with various user groups to develop project presentations to be used with senior management for status reporting, negotiations, and decision making.
- Improve training materials and project presentations in support of projects and department initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; PMP Certification helpful.
- Minimum 3 years of previous project management experience.
- Effective management or database management experience preferred.
- Expert knowledge of campaign management solutions preferred (IBM Campaign / Unica, Alterian, Adobe, etc.).
- Solid organization and managerial skills.
- Detail-oriented, Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while generating quality results and maintaining the integrity of the work product.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in MS Office suite of products, including Access.
- Travel as needed to attend key meetings.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet goals.
- Ability to sufficiently communicates with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate, professional manner.
- Ability to think independently and analytically.
- Ability to successfully lead a team of associates.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical problems and produce spreadsheets.
