Job Responsibilities:
- Operate with customers to understand and document business needs, challenges, goals, and strategies.
- Proactively estimate, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Lead customer implementations, including technical integrations and account configuration.
- Produce virtual and onsite training sessions and develop materials for an educational knowledge center.
- Provide consultative and hands-on support to optimize Albert based on unique customer requirements.
- Aid with set-up and maintenance of client dashboards, campaign settings, and creative materials.
- Cooperate with account managers to translate strategic decisions into Albert solutions.
- Provide responsive and knowledgeable technical support and assist with Help Desk ticketing process.
- Work with data research and product departments to identify client needs and solve problems.
Job Requirements:
- Solid client enablement skills including implementations, training and ongoing support.
- Ability to convey expertise in the digital marketing landscape, industry trends, and best practices.
- Ability to learn and master existing and new technologies quickly.
