PHP Developer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a requirements and project specs analysis and estimations.
  • Draft high performance and reusable PHP code modules.
  • Support and improve the backend for existing products.
  • Code review and projects architecture improvement.
  • Track coding standards and best practices.
  • Cooperate within the team in order to achieve the requirements above.
  • Understood and analyze specifications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
  • At least 3 years experience in web development using PHP5, OOP, MySQL, jQuery, HTML and CSS.
  • Expert knowledge of Bootstrap.
  • Effective experience with PHP frameworks as Laravel.
  • Proficient experience in developing REST web services and working with APIs.
  • Familiarity with using version control systems such as GIT.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in working with XMLs and JSONs.
  • Outstanding skills in JIRA, STASH and BAMBOO.
  • Deep knowledge of designing automation unit and functional tests.
  • Strong experience of working in Agile environments.
  • Fast learner who adapts easily to changing environments possess strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • An enthusiasm for performance debugging and benchmarking.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
