Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a large editorial team of talented content creators – helping them to hit key audience, engagement, and growth KPIs.
• Create our social presence across YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, and Instagram.
• Execute an impactful SEO strategy.
• Oversee the editorial output of the team with razor-sharp attention-to-detail.
• Cooperate with the commercial team to deliver second-to-none campaigns and partnerships.
• Recognize emerging content trends and how those are relevant to our audiences.
• Audit head of department meetings and compiling weekly audience and social reports for the COO.
• Represent the Her brands at key events.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience in national media – either print, broadcast, or digital.
• A proven leader and a great manager who is adept at nurturing and encouraging a team of talented content creators.
• Comfortable delivering great content whether written, audio, visual, or experiential.
• Journalistic flair and rock-solid core editorial skills.
• Hungry to drive market-leading platforms to the next level and a vision for where the industry is going.
• Privy to the commercial interests of a media organization.
• Familiar with what impacts on user experience.
