Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the performance-based and earned marketing channels e.g. PPC and SEO.
- Aid plan and manage the execution of lead generating multi-channel campaigns which will include on and offline elements.
- Initiate projects that aim to achieve a higher conversion rate e.g. setting up A/B tests on landing pages.
- Support analyze business performance and come up with projects to improve our KPIs.
- Cooperate together with our communications, direct sales, operations, UX and design teams.
- Report directly to the founder.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor or master degree in a relevant field e.g. marketing, business or communications.
- Minimum 2 years experience in performance and offline marketing, either in-house or at a renowned agency.
- Effective experience in the B2B marketplace, preferably in running multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive new business with a focus on quality, not quantity.
- Demonstrated understanding of the most common online marketing tools and growth hacking principles.
- An analytical mind with a passion for data. Preferably with a basic technical skill set.
- A driven and ambitious attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- A commercial attitude and is a team player with a good understanding of marketing tactics.
- Capable to plan strategically and implement initiatives within a team or on an individual basis.
