• Plan concepts of workflows, print ads, brochures, flyers, posters, rollups, newsletters, etc.
• Devise and create banners, ads, social content, web content and digital assets.
• Design videos and edit with footage and animations.
• Creative ideation for campaigns and projects.
• Design of trade show booths.
• Branding/rebranding offices, buildings.
• Consulting and supporting project managers in layout and corporate design issues.
• Update of brand identity and branding guidelines.
• Layout in-house newsletter.
• Maintain company collateral and form/maintain an archive.
• Head of the marketing library.
• Handle internal and external stakeholder requests.
• Storyboarding, video creation and editing.

Job Requirements:

• Education in graphic design with a university degree or appropriate education in graphic design.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – Indesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and IllustratorCamtasia or Premiere Pro – or like video software.
• Deep knowledge of Print/PDF workflow.
• English knowledge both orally and written; additional skills and fluency in Spanish and/or German would be a great advantage.
• Effective self-organization to manage many operational and administrative tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Open-minded and flexible to be able to work autonomously in a matrix organization.
