Job Responsibilities:
- Support the global paid marketing strategy and team in growing YoY paid traffic, increasing spending efficiency and driving operational improvements.
- Be a key representative of our AMER markets in the room, bringing the key regional level and market-level insights in which to inform strategic decisions.
- Support AMER specific research projects to inform new platform tests, ad copy experiments, creative tests, and other performance channel opportunities.
- Associate with content, editorial and localization teams to support scoping, executing and scaling any translation, editorial or content marketing needs specific to our AMER markets.
- Keep a strong pulse on recent trends, popular culture references, and any AMER specific happenings that could inform our Paid marketing strategy.
- Research the latest platforms, ad placements, and partnership opportunities in which to acquire new traffic to serve our growing business.
- Champion paid marketing across the company and be a catalyst for driving steady growth and doing it as efficiently as possible across the marketing organization.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient experience in executing a Paid marketing strategy that drives traffic growth, increases site conversion and contributes meaningfully to the bottom-line.
- Effective experience working across Global/Regional structure is highly preferred, but not required.
- Hands-on examples of past projects involving standing up ad campaigns, creating ad units, performing CRO tests and driving growth.
- Solid understanding of Paid Marketing tools, agencies, and players.
- Be an excellent communicator (written and verbal).
- Passion for building efficient, high performing paid channels to revolutionize our growth curves.
- Ability to demonstrate suitable Paid experience, in the consumer technology space.
