Job Responsibilities:

• Support the automation and social media manager on the implementation and management of Salesforce marketing cloud system.
• Cooperate with marketing teams to achieve email marketing KPI targets (email open rates and conversion rate).
• Provide support and advice to marketing teams to ensure they are aware of and following best practice processes in their email marketing activity.
• Implement company-wide processes to ensure quality checkpoints are in place as part of the email deployment process, to check for content best practice, branding, deliverability, accessibility and a customer journey from the email.
• Ensure best practice is followed in maintenance, accuracy and legality of email data lists.
• Work with the in-house design team to develop and implement new email.
• Support marketing teams in the creation of automated email campaigns and testing new email marketing and tracking approaches, including personalization and dynamic content.
• Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting on email marketing activity to improve the impact of email marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in e-mail marketing role.
• Proficient experience in building (email campaigns, analyzing key campaign metrics and developing a strategy for lifecycle email nurture campaigns).
• Extensive understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as (Sender Score, deliverability and sender reputation).
• Expert working knowledge of (Marketo, ExactTarget, Eloqua and Pardot).
• Advanced experience with e-mail platforms such as (Pure360, Dotmailer and Mapp).
• Novice knowledge of (graphic design, layout and image editing).
• Solid presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment.
