Job Responsibilities:

• Manage global sales and renewals of CCleaner consumer products.
• Head and improve global customer renewals across all channels, including (but not limited to) email automation programmes and in-app messaging.
• Perform and review campaign tests (creative, content, landing time etc.).
• Apply triggered programmes, segmentation and dynamic content to personalize and localize our customer communications to maximize renewal rates.
• Gather customer feedback to understand the reasons why our user’s purchase, renew or churn.
• Cooperate with our data and analytics team to ensure all programmes and campaigns are correctly tracked.
• Collaborate with our marketing manager to ensure your roadmap is consistent with other channels and content is in the correct brand tone and voice.
• Participate with our parent company Avast to identify new commercial opportunities and consolidate expertise.

Job Requirements:

• Effective experience to used a globally recognized ESP at an advanced level.
• Deep knowledge of (Dotmailer) is advantageous.
• Proven track record in  HTML, CSS and scripting is a bonus.
• High standard of written English.
• Great communication skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Solid analytical mindset and aren’t afraid of big data sets.
• Sound focused on performance and keen to drive a continuous test and learn approach.
• Self-motivator with a strong drive for success.
• A passive approach will not work.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to simplify the data available to you and make clear recommendations.
