Job Responsibilities:
- Lead performance-driven digital advertising campaigns for clients on several platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads.
- Design, create and execute a digital marketing campaign for our clients including digital briefs, media plans and creative reviews to communicate to clients the approach and expectation during campaign execution.
- Create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Head and optimize PPC and CPA advertising campaigns on Google Ads.
- Direct and optimize MailChimp email campaigns.
- Organize all digital assets (i.e. copy, text, imagery, branding) for all online properties including websites and apps.
- Provide campaign reports using advertising dashboards and Google Analytics reports.
- Improve and execute social media strategies to engage and convert potential customers and prospects.
- Make strategic recommendations on marketing tactics, asset development, content creation and design
- Aid drive ROI for clients.
- Liaise success of marketing campaigns to clients through concise, insightful and actionable reporting.
- Work as project manager when required working closely with resourcing, designers/developers, and 3rd parties to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget; meeting quality standards.
- Champion the latest digital marketing solutions, innovations and work alongside peers to develop campaign material.
- Inform clients on best practices for SEM, SEO, Google Analytics and social marketing.
- Keep up to date on the digital marketing industry including new advertising features, research tools, market trends, behavioral trends, emerging platforms and technology -communicate opportunities and expertise to clients and staff.
- Utilize knowledge of data/analytics assist the Data Team constructing meaningful and actionable recommendations/reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in business and/or marketing or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years experience in a digital marketing role.
- Effective experience leading SEM, SEO, display, email, video and social marketing campaigns and programs.
- Demonstrated understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and other industry tools.
- Expert knowledge of acquisition, conversion and retention strategies.
- Proficient experience with client communications and presentations.
- Familiarity with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor and other digital marketing management platforms. Certifications are preferred.
- Deep knowledge of web-based content management systems (CMS).
