Job Responsibilities:

• Improve and delivering the global strategy to improve and expand Linx’s digital presence and digital lead generation.
• Draft and deliver integrated digital campaigns both directly and in partnership with distributors to drive leads.
• Oversee digital and lead performance and metrics.
• Lead SEO and PPC globally.
• Create meaningful reports and web analytics.
• Head Linx global websites and landing pages to ensure a highly engaging customer experience.
• Direct the company’s presence on social media outlets including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube etc. and the company blog.
• Maintain channel partners to improve their digital marketing effectiveness.
• Plan and develop both face-to-face and online digital training courses, tools and methods to support direct businesses and global distribution partners.

Job Requirements:

• Educated to relevant degree level or equivalent.
• Effective digital marketing experience in a B2B organization.
• Proficient experience and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing.
• Expert knowledge of growing leads and sales through online marketing.
• Familiarity with search engine marketing: including developing and running pay-per-click campaigns as well as conducting organic search engine optimization.
• Strong skills in managing e-mail marketing campaigns including development of email and tracking and analysis of results.
• Proven track record in managing website including open source CMS.
• Wide knowledge of using Salesforce CRM & Pardot (or other) Marketing automation preferable.
• Demonstrated understanding of other global PPC systems (other than Adwords).
• Account management experience.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound experience in working within a process driven and results-oriented environment.
• Ability to develop training content and best practice techniques for peers and partners.
• Ability to run web analysis and build meaningful reports.
