Job Responsibilities:
- Control a variety of digital projects and programs from inception to completion, including the definition of project scope, steps to delivery and project budget.
- Cooperate with internal customers and partners (IT, e-commerce, product marketing, sales, etc.) to gather content and business requirements for a variety of projects published via digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, website, etc.).
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns (lead generation, social media, digital advertising, email, etc.) to support our commercial and retail marketing initiatives.
- Plan analysis of data from tools such as WebTrends, eTracker, Constant Contact, Foresee, and SocialBakers to determine optimization opportunities and develop performance dashboard.
- Build forms for use in lead generation campaigns, event registrations, etc.
- Collude with external agencies in strategizing and managing the SYLVANIA brand social media channels – Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram to support business priorities and requirements.
- Support and edit content using Sharepoint CMS.
- Promote and manage digital assets using Pixelboxx (digital asset management system).
- Lead and maintain a content calendar.
- Organize and edit digital assets for use on Sylvania.com using Photoshop.
- Grow and maintain a communication plan for sharing the performance of digital marketing initiatives with internal customers on a regularly scheduled basis.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a digital marketing, e-commerce or related field.
- Familiarity with a site redesign, usability, and/or UX/UI related project(s).
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, lead generation and nurturing or marketing automation
- Expert knowledge of paid search, digital media, network advertising and e-commerce.
- Outstanding knowledge of HTML, Photoshop or other web and graphic design experience
- Proven track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors.
- Effective experience working with standard digital tools, such as content management systems, digital asset management tools, email and social media marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Proficient experience in developing and launching digital projects and properties (design, QA testing, etc.), preferably in both retail (B2C) and commercial (B2B).
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as search engine optimization, user experience and usability, mobile optimization, etc.
- Desire for continuous learning and keeping up with evolving digital trends.
- Solid problem resolution and decision making skills and be able to resolve elevated issues, be creative and resourceful and display sound judgment and demonstrate accountability.
- Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests, as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying quality solutions.
- Sound writing and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to work with data efficiently and effectively.
- Great ability to lead digital marketing and technology projects, working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment.
- Ability to drive work both independently toward the successful attainment of department goals and project completion dates.
- Ability to work with functional groups and different level of employees throughout the LEDVANCE organization to effectively and professionally achieve business results.
