Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, creation and publication of marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
• Direct the development of the brand voices, the look & feel, and marketing persona to maximize effectiveness.
• Execute cross-channel and multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain social media/blog content, strategy, and calendar.
• Promote and execute digital marketing advertising and promotion campaigns.
• Study industry trends and stay informed of competitor digital strategies.
• Align activities to various marketing objectives by working closely with cross-functional internal teams.
• Participate in the development of overall marketing strategy, brand management, trade and industry marketing and corporate identity for the company in line with company objectives.
• Estimate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns including engagement levels and return on investment.
• Enhance web and email campaigns through A/B testing and analyzing test results for actionable insights.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree or related experience in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics to analyze performance and continually optimize marketing campaigns.
• Effective experience in social media platforms, building audiences and engaging the audience.
• Proficient experience using MailChimp, MailMunch, and Survey Monkey.
• Expert knowledge of Shopify website management and template updates.
• Deep knowledge of designing and developing emails, using HTML and templates.
• Demonstrated understanding of Facebook ad manager, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to write compelling copy.
