Job Responsibilities:
- Direct digital projects’ timelines and ensure the timely execution of the project milestones internally, create and update projects in the PM tool.
- Communicate to the Sr. director on the projects’ progress on a weekly basis, proactively raise issues and concerns as they arise
- Produce interim review of standard client project reporting.
- Assure filing of the correct project paperwork (contracts, time tracking and accounting forms).
- Follow the client billing process and report to the Sr. Director upon the completion of payments, ensure re-class of budgets where necessary.
- Gather and analyze data on target audience demographics, preferences, needs, and consumer habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting demand for client products and services.
- Use social listening platforms to report back on the analysis of available public conversation, topics, sentiment, etc.
- Apply Google Keywords Planner, Google Trends and other platforms for the analysis of search landscape (search trends, queries & etc.)
- Collect data on competitors and analyze their value proposition, methods of marketing etc.
- Provide reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into executive summaries.
- Control research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
- Design and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
- Improve and implement procedures for identifying clients’ advertising needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytical or related discipline.
- At least 4 years experience in paid media, managing paid search and social campaigns.
- Effective experience with Google Ad Words (certification desired), as well as advertising on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a must.
- Proficient experience with creating website information architecture and wireframes.
- Demonstrated understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques.
- Proven track record in data vendor to execute programmatic ads.
- A love of data and attention to detail – highly organized and analytical.
- Solid email marketing skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Sound history of self-direction, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a constantly changing search industry.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests.
