Job Responsibilities:

• Improve a strategy to drive digital marketing in the region and execute activities with team and subsidiaries and responsible for business performance.
• Assure collaborative efforts with operations and business units to align results with business objectives.
• Control the regional digital marketing team.
• Execute and optimize the operation.
• Enhance the working process in the region and knowledge transfer in operations.
• Head and manage the regional digital marketing center to develop compelling digital platforms, programs, and campaigns.
• Promote the digital transformation roadmap, and execute against that plan.
• Produce oversight and guidance to the team in executing these programs effectively.
• Lead the efficient operations of the team, including accurate and timely lead generation KPI reporting, managing resourcing, capacity and effective utilization of all team members, managing the new business pipeline, and ensuring administrative and operational excellence from the team.
• Accountable for global social escalation framework.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital, with a breadth of knowledge in web operations, platform management, lead generation, owned, search, social and e-commerce.
• Proficient experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
• Deep knowledge of technical digital including product development, program management, mobile cloud and user analytics and strategic planning.
• Effective experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools.
• Sound team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
